Fight rules: both fighters at their peak, no preparation, no allies, only their own powers and personal gear. A win is a knockout, a restraint they can't escape, or a forced surrender. The percentages are fan estimates, not official information.

Powers

The Surfer's power: cosmic blasts, flight on the Surfer's board, strength and durability far past his armor's, and control of matter. He deflected Johnny's flame and blew him away in a whirlwind, and crushed the team's ship by hurling a tree at it (FF #60, 1967).

Gear

His armor and the Silver Surfer's board.

Signature feats

Beat the Fantastic Four together with a counter for every tactic they tried, and beat the Thing one-on-one in revenge for his hands (FF #60, 1967).

Weaknesses

Arrogance. He chased Reed's Anti-Cosmic Flying Wing straight into the barrier Galactus had put around Earth, which stripped the power from him (FF #60; Daredevil #37). The board was always loyal to the Surfer.

Fighting style

Overwhelming and vindictive: he settles old scores first.

Under these rules there's no Galactus barrier to fly into.
