Doom, Sorcerer Supreme and Emperor of Earth
Doom after Doctor Strange gave him the title of Sorcerer Supreme on the promise that he'd return it, a promise he broke. He declared the world United Latveria and ruled it until he gave up his powers, his kingdom and his life to bring Valeria Richards back.

Fight rules: both fighters at their peak, no preparation, no allies, only their own powers and personal gear. A win is a knockout, a restraint they can't escape, or a forced surrender. The percentages are fan estimates, not official information.
Powers
Earth's highest magic, with the Eye of Agamotto and the Cloak of Levitation, amplified by a secret harvest of a million souls' life force (One World Under Doom #6). He copied Johnny's, Cyclops's and Wolverine's powers (#4) and altered time to undo a setback (#8).
Gear
Emperor's armor, the Eye of Agamotto and the Cloak of Levitation.
Signature feats
Sent Dormammu back to the Dark Dimension (One World Under Doom #5). Overpowered Reed, the new Scientist Supreme, on the astral plane (#7). Made the Thing human with his 'mercy' (#2). Scattered the Fantastic Four across Earth's history (Fantastic Four vol. 8 #1, 2025).
Weaknesses
The cost. His own armor's detonation killed Valeria Richards (#8), and undoing it cost him everything he had (#9).
Fighting style
The benevolent tyrant: patient, absolute, certain that everything has a price worth paying.
